Yes I ordered some stuff, never turned up then had to use Paypal to get my money back as they tried to short change me as I didn't buy postage insurance. Won't be using them again.
@bobby dazzler: thanks for the headsup…i didnt buy postage insurance either, but thats no reason for the item to not turn up and if it didnt then id assume the gb would send replacements or refund not try to stiff the customer instead
I ordered some balloons in November. Never came. Finally I raised a case with PayPal and got my refund.

I put the code in for a dash Cam and price went from $80 to $100
Sale only on full price items. The cam was probably on flash sale, so choose replaced sale price with 10% discount only. I am sure that this was explained in the deal description last night. Has someone edited it?

I was really worried after making first purchase on gearbest just after new years then reading everyone's comments about the waiting time (or no delivery / disputes). My purchase was around A $90 (couple xiaomi mi band 2 and various bands and pair of earphones).
Even worse was when the tracking number just wouldn't work at all after they said it was sent!
However pleased to advise that it arrived within 2 calender weeks of ordering and all ok. So far so good from personal experience.
