This thread serves to let everyone know how much you have saved on your 7/11 fuel app.

Step 1: Subscribe to this thread to get email updates. You can change your subscription settings in your Ozbargain account to enable more/less email updates.

Step 2: Upon filling up simply fill in the details in this format:

  • NAME OF 7/11 STORE
  • PETROL TYPE
  • PETROL PRICE

Example:

  • Richlands QLD
  • ULP
  • 111.9/litre

There are two "tricks" that can be extremely beneficial as there is a common trend experienced by 7-Eleven App users: 1) If you receive an error processing your credit/debit card, you can purchase a 7-Eleven Gift Card in-store and apply the credits instantly onto the App. 2) You do not need to use the funds on your App to pay for the fuel, you can lock-in the price and pay via Cash or Card at the checkout saving the hassle of constantly topping up, gift cards, etc.

Master131 spends a lot of time creating and maintaining the script at Project Zero Three that we all know and love.

    Working on my Nokia 8 flawlessly.

    Would rather people PM me and I will explain.

    Just involves the right app versions (available online) and no other trickery.

        I had 6 people message me and I have checked their post history to make sure they're not a ghost account.

        I could have kept quiet but I believe I have a solution that can help a few people, and I'm not withholding this for my own benefit, but I also REALLY don't want this to end because I save $30 a week.

          No need to screenshot. Your voucher is linked to your account. Sign in to the 7 eleven app on your phone and you'll see it.

          *I got 3 accounts I try use from one phone.
          Tried and tested… Hasn't failed me yet

          Don't have to clear all data just clear app cache, don't have to login again then and the voucher will appear as soon as you start the app again.

        Labrador just jumped too. Parkwood was the cheapest last night and it's jumped as well

        Nambour, Marcoola and Noosaville are the cheapest ones now.

    latest app no longer opens on jailbroken iphones :(, dont upgrade to 1.6

      I'm on iOS app version 1.6.0.1673 and it opens on my Electra jailbroken 11.1.2 iphone. I do have liberty (lite) installed.

        Try the new tweak: AppStore++ or App Admin which downgrads app from the app store.

        Libertas new tweak is coming soon to avoid jailbreak detection.

          neither app admin or appstore++ have available downgrades or working for me on 11.3.1 and using No substitute doesn't seem to work. restarting and being in a nonjb state also not working

          @chris_: 1.6 7-Eleven Fuel was crashing for me. Turned on "Block Jailbreak Detection" in Liberty and 7-Eleven fuel stays open without any pop-up.

          I'm on 10.1.1 though.

    It seems that the party will over soon. They are discontinuing support for old versions of android devices soon so Nox will be no longer available.

      Nox added Android 7.1.2 in the latest release.

      The new update shows a popup warning saying it will be dropping support for Android versions older than 6.

          Can you elaborate more about your question?
          NOX has an inbuilt location spoofer so you dont need to install an app which does the same thing.

        @angel, there's a mac version. You need to go to multi-drive and add a new emulator using the version 7. The default emulator is set to android 4.

        @awkward, don't think custom roms can be installed on nox, nox itself is like a "custom" rom.

        @oysbank, it works fine.

    I just spun up the latest version of Nox, and tried their new experimental Android 7.1.2 version - used the fake location, and was able to progress to the point of locking in the # of liters on a backup account (didn't go ahead with the final lockin as I have no funds on that account).

    Seems like it should still work.

    I'm getting a few errors… Sometimes when trying to top up, it'll say "Account details changed: your cc has expired or your info has been modified outside this app". I've tried adding a new card and it won't work.

    Then, when trying to top up, I get "error: we are unable to accept card transactions for your account error code: lima"

    I've updated to the most recent, not rooted. Haven't used 7-11 in over a month.

    Any ideas?

      I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I tried removing the card but then it wouldn't let me add it again. So I sent an email to 7 eleven support and they fixed it for me.

    Ever since the last update, my HTC hasn't been working when I try to lock in it lags until the location goes back to my current location using the fake gps app.

    Any help from anyone?

      I just came back from Qld/wa/nsw/VIC

      I've even locked a couple of times for the attendant at 7/11. He was so greatful.

      A friend of mine had his account suspended after locking in on the 0.1 cent/L deal. He had to prove that he was interstate at that time. A receipt showing the date and state was sufficient.

      You don't need to be in the area to confirm on the app. You can use the store finder.

      Thanks for the support. I'd say about ~2.5-3k visits a day on the main price page. Overall activity/traffic has increased due to price alerts and the inclusion of an API but I haven't included those in the figure.

    So it appears my app has updated. I don't recall ever hitting update, but Fake GPS no longer seems to work because the 7/11 app seems to send requests to get current location ASAP.

    WA cheaper today than NSW for some varities. WA will go up tomorrow. NSW is unlikely to get much cheaper.
