This thread serves to let everyone know how much you have saved on your 7/11 fuel app.

Step 1: Subscribe to this thread to get email updates. You can change your subscription settings in your Ozbargain account to enable more/less email updates.

Step 2: Upon filling up simply fill in the details in this format:

  • NAME OF 7/11 STORE
  • PETROL TYPE
  • PETROL PRICE

Example:

  • Richlands QLD
  • ULP
  • 111.9/litre

There are two "tricks" that can be extremely beneficial as there is a common trend experienced by 7-Eleven App users: 1) If you receive an error processing your credit/debit card, you can purchase a 7-Eleven Gift Card in-store and apply the credits instantly onto the App. 2) You do not need to use the funds on your App to pay for the fuel, you can lock-in the price and pay via Cash or Card at the checkout saving the hassle of constantly topping up, gift cards, etc.

Master131 spends a lot of time creating and maintaining the script at Project Zero Three that we all know and love.

    I had a weird case this afternoon. Had a fuel lock and went into pay. Girl scanned the barcode on my phone and it beeped like you'd expect it to. Paid, walked out and got home and noticed that I'd paid full price. Wtf. Has anyone had this before? I know I can claim it, but it's more the fact that it obviously didn't scan. I've heard sometimes has to be scanned twice??

        Orrrrr can just look at the amount on screen before the tap, works everytime lol physical currency is on the way out, plus side all my crypto has been growing nicely since 2016 hehe

      Yep happened to me once. I memorise the cost at the bowser and keep an eye on the value at the cashier to ensure it’s different.

      Here's latest cheapest fuel price in ACT. I could've shown where it is but I figured since it's not any cheaper than national cheapest, it's going to be useless anyway.
      Unleaded 91: 117.7
      Diesel: 117.9
      Auto Gas: 79.9
      Unleaded 95: 129.7
      Unleaded 98: 135.7
      E10: 115.7

        I can confirm ACT petrol prices have never ever been the cheapest price in Australia ever.

        Unlike everyone's fav Ryde & West Ryde or Waverley Gardens.

    finally got it to worked for my ipad using 3utools, was easy…
    if anyone want help to lock their fuel i have all night to do. Want to give back to this great community :)

        I believe you also need Mac to use 3utools. Otherwise if you are a windows user, you can use ifakelocation on windows computer with iPad.

        Going from memory, steps I took.

        Install 3utools. Connect ipad/iphone to computer with usb/lightning cable. Unlock ipad (very important). Click virtual location. Search location you wish to apply price lock at. Click set/modify location. Open 7/11 app on ipad/iphone. Lock price.

        Log onto 7/11 app on android phone, you should then see locked in price.

    Took me 3 weeks (probably 12 hours of solid research trial and error) to get my stock Galaxy S5 to be able to fake location…HOORAY! I am done. Headache over. I have now learned a lot :)

        G-Banger, I used Magisk and Smali. I took notes if you want them. I had never rooted an android phone so I was learning from scratch.

    Hey could someone lock in u98 for me please. I've done all the steps, can refresh to get my ifakelocation device, and lock in location, BUT MY PHONE DOESN'T REGISTER THE LOCKED LOCATION. Desperate for fuel thanks! (alternatively, if anyone could help me out with the problem, that'd be great too)

    Trying to use this APK and followed the wiki instructions but I just get "No internet connectivity" when trying to do anything. Can't log in or see prices etc. Searched back 20 pages and couldn't find anyone else complaining about this. Is it just me?

    Any one getting Error E03 (code: DeviceCheckReject) when trying to lock in? I am on ios 13.6 (ipad air 2) and using the 3utools virtuallocation method which worked previously but keep getting this error since yesterday.

      Was getting the same error today on my iPhone. Installed the app on my wife's iPhone and locked the price successfully with my account. Seems like they have locked my phone! :(

    Work is making us hand back in our iPhones as we "don't need them anymore" due to a phone system upgrade, so no more locations spoofing :(

    Can anyone recommend a cheap android phone that I can root to get 7-eleven working?

      An alternative is to get a used iPhone 7 for ~$230 if the android option falls through.

      There was a deal here from Loop Mobile that had it, check it out.

        Mango Bango could go an older iDevice. The current new 7-Eleve Fuel app requires iOS 12 or later which is available on iPhone 5S and up, iPod touch 6 and up, iPad 5 and up and iPad mini 2 and up.

          Yeah that's another option, although I'd rather get a slightly newer version, just in case they decide to up the iOS requirement like they did with android. I'll look into it though :)

          I've got it working on an old nexus 5, bit more work to get it going on android than iOS though suprisingly enough. If you are up for a bit of tinkering that will be a cheaper option, should be able to pick up a nexus 5 for $100 I would think.

    For anyone that has a JB iPhone, I am currently using Liberty Lite Beta (as stated in OP) from https://ryleyangus.com/repo/ to hide the JB and using Relocate Reborn for the GPS spoofing from https://repo.nepeta.me/

    With this you can just change your location for a specific app so doesn't affect other apps. Both tweaks working perfectly iPhone X iOS 13.5

          I suspect 2.00 worked fine.

        What 2.01 update?
        Make sure you are only using liberty lite beta and nothing else on 7/11 app, so make sure choicy, a-bypass etc aren't hiding JB for 7/11 because they conflict sometimes and in turn basically cancel eachother out.

        I just tried mine again and it still works fine.

        Yep I’ve got v2.0.1 of My 7-Eleven.
        Also Liberty Lite (Beta) v0.2.12 and Relocate Reborn v1.0.1 from Nepeta’s new repo: https://repo.nepeta.me

        I would get iCleaner Pro from Ivano Bilenchi repo. Head to Cydia Substrate Add-Ons and disable all except for Liberty Lite (Beta) and see if it works.

    There is a Caltex/Woolworths opposite my 7-11. Rates were exactly the same.

    I went to Caltex, got 4c off from my WW app from purchases made last week.

    Paid the final bill with WW gift card - so an additional 5% off.

    What was 101.9/Lt (91), I ended the tank full with 93c/lt.

    Worked out best!!
