I haven't seen anyone else post this up, but Science in Sport are running a "free" bundle of 6 gels and a tube of hydration tabs, with $10 postage.
Personally I chose to add a couple of their recovery powders (which I've find useful and palatable previously) which are 2 for 1 (works out as $30/kg) as postage is free on a $30 (or more) order.
Took about 3 hours for the email to arrive after signing up to the promotion, with what appears to be a single use code.
I found these to taste like crap. Like off yoghurt. Gave them to people at work and they couldn't even eat it / slurp it / whatever the (profanity) it.
which in particular? Never tasted off yoghurt!!
It was the lemon and strawberry flavours? When they were offering the free trial on their gels last time I got to try it. It just had a yoghurt texture, which was also a bit sour making it taste off. Hard to explain.
I remember trying their energy/electrolyte drink years ago and found it horrific.
I recall the recovery drink and gels being acceptable, though.
so they haven't sent a code as yet but a couple of spam emails…..
The great deal I thought was not a great deal as the recovery powders are only 2 500g for $30 compared to wiggle which is can be found for $43 for 1.6kg
Wasn't super impressed with deal but that 2 for 1 is great. Wiggle has them for around $23 each, but never seen it at the same price as the 2 for 1 offer.
There may be better stuff out there but these products taste good and seem to work pretty good
Give me really bad wind though!!!!
