    It's the cheapest price I can find it & Citizen make great watches, the perpetual calendar, chronograph & alarm adds to the price so if those are features you really want then it's a good deal.
    It all depends what you are after

Does this mean with and without the buttons?

  I think the 44 is the width (from side to crown) and the higher is top to bottom (strap to strap).
  I could be wrong though…

I bought one in the previous deal and I love it. It looks much classier than in the pictures. It's my favourite watch at the moment.
