Working perfectly for me. Did you create a new account or was it an existing one?
Finally did a reset of Password but the software just won't log in.
I use the menu then Inkspace where the app prompts to log in but it just hangs once it gets to the browser log in.
I hope ALDI is open because this is such a disappointment.
Same thing happened to me initially. I cleared my browser cache on my android, rebooted, and it worked.
It does the ICR pretty well to text. I'm still returning mine thought, realistically for my use-case I might as well just take a photo of my written notes.
Got the account set up and it just hangs.

Tried password reset via phone, tablet and PC. Error messages saying it's invalid.
"Request error: Password was not validated - invalid password - min character groups of 4 not fulfilled(error code:400)"
Tried every possible combo. Believe me.
Unresponsive on iOS and Android when logging in via Social media accounts. Refuses to login so I can't even share to Dropbox or anything.
Useless. Returning.
