It's definitely a premium cost for immediacy, convenience and portability. Some will be willing to pay, others will go for the 10 cent prints at a photo centre.

Not even available from JBHifi now - are they discontinuing this printer? I ordered printer from BigW and battery/paper from digidirect and BigW cancelled the order so now I have no printer coming and everywhere else is price-jacked :(

Dunno if that's good or bad, but like with Polaroids, it's not the camera (or printer) that will kill you at the end of the day with these things, it's the cost per shot.
