Do you read strata reports for clients and if so is this an extra charge on top of the $550?
Also, have you had any complaints to the law society or office of legal services commissioner?
Hi - have have had 3 years of experience in conveyancing and I have commenced my practice with conveyancing being the focus.
I am happy to give general comments regarding strata reports however the quality of the report depends on which business is used to do the strata research. A good strata report will outline in their report any major issues with the owners corporation.
I have not had any complaints to the law society.
Any advice on how one would go about making a claim against a developer for building warranty? Do you handle these things also?
