  You can also get a refund of 17.5% if you email them at [email protected] 30 days after the order was placed (i.e. after the returns period has expired), since orders outside the UK/EU shouldn't attract VAT. No idea why they can't deduct the VAT at the time of placing the order like most other online retailers.

      Just the clothing I think; shipping is typically GST/VAT free. :)

  wow. never knew that. I bought the lacoste baseball jacket when there was free shipping for almost $400. so that would be a nice refund if i can get that :)
