    The death of Tilikum serves as a reminder of the cruel nature of these places. A terrible place to take the family even if it is discounted.

        But they do have polar bears that always look depressed.

        And countless penguins crammed into a tinny room (I don't think the painting of snow covered mountains on the walls are fooling them).

        But here's more of a fun fact about Sea World, the dolphin trainers have pleasure the males so they don't get erections during the shows (that's what I heard from someone who used to work there at least).

      • They do have dolphins and seals held captive and made to do tricks for our amusement. But they're COMPLETELY different, right?

        Zoos really aren't much better.
