Quality seems reasonable. It's certainly not Sidchrome or even Kinchrome, but for $20 you are laughing. You won't often need ratchet spanners, but when you do they are a godsend. They had 5-6 sets at my local Repco in Albion QLD.

Got these for $15 a while back. Personally didn't think is was worth it even for $15.
Got proper racheting ones from Aldi for $20 and couldn't look at this set anymore.
They did get me out of a pickle one time as they have afew sizes more in the set compared to the Aldi one so couldn't complain after that
With crappy ratchet spanners (like these), crack the nut first with a decent spanner, and use these to undo further.
