Good shots of the blue 50mm
Review on Watchintyme with good photos

I bought the blue 45mm model and it came to AU$152.14 using the 28Degrees Mastercard.
I used Paypal and kept the currency in USD as 28Degress has better currency conversion rates.

  • A lot of watch for the money. Pity about the size, 42mm is my limit I think. Aragon is the brand formerly known as Android right?

    • +1

Yes, the first link to Watchuseek covers the story behind the name change, but it's pretty obvious.

      • I wondering how long it would take before Google made a move.

I saw this on WUS too if you're wanting to buy more than one.

  • Good deal. I just paid double this for an inferior (if more iconic) watch with a 7S26 movement (SKX007).

The NH36 is basically the same moment as that found in an SRP series watch (Eg SRP777) which costs 3-4 times this.

    • The Aragon is a lot larger on the wrist though than a SKX which tends to wear small for 42mm. However as you said, the movement is better.

  • Thanks OP! Can always count on your recommendation!

How does a 45mm like in terms of size and quality when comparing to Seiko Sumo? Don't really want to overlap a lot as I already got both black and blue sumo….

    • +2

I don't own a Seiko Sumo or Aragon, but there are lots of threads on Watchuseek about Aragon and from what I have read they are excellent quality, if you like dive watches you'd be hard pressed to find anything else of this quality for the price.
Here is a Watchuseek post asking about the quality
Here is a Google search on Watchuseek

I don't need another watch but seriously considering the blue 45mm, I don't think I can hold out.

As 28Degrees said, great quality for the price and this is a steal! Probably not worth it if you're already sporting two Sumos though. Unless of course your in a bit rotation.

      • Ahh damn I quite like the purple…. decisions decisions decisions

        • I like this one with the full lume face. Perhaps a contrast to your Sumos too. White face: The 45mm appears to wear on the smallers size for its specs. Just check the lug to lug length and be sure it won't hang over your wrists.

        • Both sizes of the white (full lume) are now US$105.00, they must have been popular.

  • Any styles for Legolas or Gimli?

  • @28degrees what do you think of this? good value?

Casio make great watches for the price you pay & this is a great price @ US$59.27 + $6.63 according to Camel

Did you read the reviews? One reviewer says the regular second hand isn't the second hand - but rather it's the stopwatch. The actual second hand is the small dial on the left-hand side of the watch face.

I guess when you are in that price range though I have to mention the Casio MDV106-1AV US$44.68 + $7.08 Shipping
This is 200 metres waterproof. Here is a post I did when it was on special

      • 28Degrees, how about Casio MDV106 vs Citizen Eco-Drive BN0151-09L Promaster Diver

Price is a big difference I know lol. It's been posted on Ozb but I've only taken notice recently. Didn't jump on your last post of the Casio MDV106 and now the Citizen is slowly mesmerising me with its blue color (band, dial, awesome lume)

        • +2

The two aren't really comparable as the Citizen costs a lot more and is a higher build quality & Eco-Drive (solar)
Although they are both quartz watches, you really should be comparing the Citizen BN0151-09L with what else you can get in it's price range.

Also if you are looking to buy a blue dive watch then it's pretty much a no brainer to buy the one in this deal post.
But always buy what you like.
