Best price for two E27 led globes? SA/WA a bit cheaper than other states.
E27 is the standard size Edison Screw bulb I'm pretty sure.
Luminous flux: 400 lm
Power: 5 W
Package quantity: 2 pack
Light colour: warm white (2700 Kelvin)

Yeah that's what I thought, would be perfect for lamps, warm white for mood and only 5w so you can leave on guilt free.
Yep, no bargain. It is common to find low-power LEDs cheap. $5 for 1000 lumens would be worth posting.
$2.48 each. Link to cheaper LED ES globe that I can pickup in-store please?
Nobody said they were not cheap. Look for clearance prices - because nobody wants such dim lamps. Or red-dot.
gu-10 is more common than ES for 5W lamps.
@manic: Well yes not for every situation but not sure that "nobody" wants them - I just checked out floor lamps from Ikea and most of them say this: "Light bulb sold separately. IKEA recommends LED bulb E27 400 lumen globe opal white."
@leTintin:
OK. Not literally. I think people have been sufficiently warned now that these are dim.
Maybe I'm just getting old - my kids don't mind reading in near-dark :-)
If you're after something a bit brighter, Bunnings has some good 2-packs of LEDs at varying brightness from $8.
Crompton 6W BC/ES bulbs if anyone was wondering.
Not much brighter though; 480 lm. Easier availability and returns though.
The Perth Ikea store has these on special 3 packs for $9. Not sure when this sale finishes.
400 lumen is not that bright, might be good for a bedside lamp, rather than a room light (~800-1000 lumen)
