Best Before date is late July 2010. I bought a pack anyway, along with batteries (the 8x AA lithium batteries are an absolute steal on the site too). 'Best before' isn't 'use by', so hopefully the bottles will be fine for a couple of months afterwards.

my gf says "best before better after" lol

They would still be drinkable but the only reason why I did because I had leftovers that became overdue. I personally wouldn't buy a lot of something that is already past it's best before date as it is.

I purchased a pack of these from Catchoftheday about 6 months ago when they had a similar deal. They also had an expiry date roughly a month after my purchase date. I haven't had any issues with the taste/quality so I think this is a great bargain!

      It isn't just a sports drink… It's liquid engineering.

I used to drink Castrol, but then I found out it is a BP brand.

Just remember that when artificial sweeteners get old they lose a lot of their taste.

The flavour could already be degraded, and its only going to get worse. It depends how its stored and how lucky you are too I guess.

    • Wow, who voted this post down? Some artificial sweeteners age. Aspartame decomposes above 35C and loses its sweetness.

  • Excellent post - great post-game drink!

  • It's $25.99 not $19.99 (you forgot shipping), and there's no need to put "instead or $79.95" in the title, that can be in the description. You can get this for $2 at supermarkets, only place where the RRP would be $79.95 ($3.33c~ per unit) would be paying for it at full price at a convenience store (even then, if passed best before, it should be marked down surely), this isn't as good as you make it.. nonetheless, it's a cool deal alone ~$1 a bottle.

    • I combined this order with an eight pack of AA lithium batteries, helping to spread the cost of postage around.

    • thanks for the advice! will definitely keep that in mind :)

still cheaper to buy the powder and mix it yourself, i reckon.
