I'm confused. title says 15% but body of post says 25% and 30% for VIPs.

And how does one get to be VIP?

  $25 a year to be part of their VIP program. If you buy games at all it's worth it just for the discount but me personally i signed up just to support my friendly local game store. Even without VIP their prices are good for local bricks and mortar.
