Supercheap Auto Club Plus Night 6/12 | Spend $100 Get $15 Back as Credits - Stack with AmEx ($80 for $115 Spend) | INSTORE

640

Supercheap Auto are holding a Club Plus members night on Tuesday 6 December 2016 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
If you aren't a member you can sign up here for $5 (you get $10 store credit instantly).

Spend $100 in-store on the night and get $15 back as store credit on your card (to use by Christmas Eve).
This is not that great by itself but if you pay with Amex you will get an extra $20 cashback from this deal
Essentially $80 for $115 spend which equates to 30% off - in addition to any catalogue specials.

Members also get a free Club Plus Calendar with their purchase on the night.

The final sweetener is that Supercheap entice members along with free credits to spend on the night. I believe these are member specific but usually $5 or $10. Look out for these to come via email on Monday or Tuesday.

  • Argh, I just want to buy 2 oil filters ($34) but don't have Amex. If anyone wants to combine purchase feel free to PM me.

    • Supercheaps oil and cabin filters tend to be pretty pricey, even there SCA branded filters.
If you have not done so it may be worth your time to compare

      • I have been using Ryco all the way. Is there any other brand as reliable? I am all open for suggestions :).

        • I use a $10 Cooper filter from Sparesbox, and pretty happy for the the last few years

        • @quasims: i buy k&n from amazon :)

I tend to charge cars fairly regularly, My first port of call is looking at AC Delco. They produce OEM filters for GM, GMH, Mitsubishi and a host of others.
The hard part is the part numbers. Some manufactures such as GMH list AC Delco filters by a Holden Part number, some use the same naming convention as Ryco.
AC Delco filters are crazy cheap out of the states, However they use their own part numbers again.
There is half dozen or so off brand name filters available is Aus ( I bought a filter for a ACA33R RAV4 once trade for $2.45).
Having said that I rather pay extra for AC Delco after seeing quiet a few oil filters that split the filter casing.
The exception are 4WD Diesel filters, expensive no matter how you buy them.

        • @MadMaxBargainRoad:

          Free shipping over $50 :)

        • @MadMaxBargainRoad: I ordered 5 filters for my two cars. Shipping was free over $50. And there was a $10 voucher for members at that time.

  • Noooooo! Catalogue ends on 4th! And 15% off starts on 6th! I couldn't take advantage of the stanley belt air compressor. :(
I actually have 300 bucks worth of sca gift cards that have extra 15% from last deal. Would've been a massive stack ;)

    • New catalog on the 7th, but club members get early access on the 6th.

  • Thanks op. Had racq out last night. Dead cell in battery and bought off then. With sale, members night and amex …. oh well may be other offerings.

perhaps i should start forum discussions on flat batteries service call out.

      • They don't always carry the same brand , don't they?

        J

        • True, but may worth a try as Repco carries a re-branded Century while SCA carries Century.

It was a massive event, thousands of people lined up all wanting to apply their $5 discount code.
They had balloons, a jumping castle, face painting the whole 9 yards.
I cant sleep just thinking about the next one.
