Your site isn't making much sense to me. It says save thousands of dollars on bottled "springwater", why is the word springwater quoted? Are you implying bottled water doesn't get collected at springs? Why do you then go on to state that this filter provides unlimited springwater? Is the water from a spring? Can't really see how if you have to fill it up from a tap. Sounds more like "filtered tap water".
Why do you also describe yourself as a new company? You have over 2000 customers, and the ones you have listed are mostly very large companies/entities. Doesn't sound like a "new" company, can you explain your statement since you've decided to include it in the listing…
Also, what are your contact details? You have no phone number, email address, business address, ABN number?
To answer the 'springwater' stuff, this is from the website:

Where do Water companies get their "Springwater" from? Well it's actually filtered water! Companies like Neverfail are essentially charging you for delivery services and filtering water for you! Why not do it yourself?
And the page seems weird, (http://www.unlimitedspringwater.com/why-filtered-water.html), half the fonts don't even match. how long was this made in?
tap water and spring water…its all the same in the end, it rehydrates you. never pay for bottled water unless u have no other choice.
I personally wouldn't use their website or the contact form contain within.
This is because they have no abn shown and a whois search -suggests- the website has been up for 2 days.
I would recommend they obtain a .com.au website (.com.au + hosting can be had for $10/year).
Then, host a site with an abn shown etc.
There is more I could say.. it's all rather dubious to me.
It says that they would take it back after 2 weeks. I don't really like that statement. Are they really going to knock on my PO BOX and ask for the tap thing?
Funny the contact form says Zipcode. Don't we call them 'Postcode'.
