The "calcium" is the old "coral calcium" scam, which is no more active than regular chalk. In fact, it's just chalk, calcium carbonate, and as cheap as dirt. In what form the magnesium is, we're not told, but probably as magnesia, MgO, a common – and very cheap – antacid. The "trace minerals" are un-named, and the ascorbic acid is vitamin C

I have a tap at home with clean water which I can drink. I don't really need a free CD and book to tell me my body needs water. Research keeps telling people that plain water is best for the vast majority of people socially exercisng and that maybe only if you have been seriously sweating for 45mins+ would it help to replace some lost minerals (even then it is usually replaced with a normal diet).
