Yeah it usually is! Though I believe it is random, so you may get a semi decent game. The 10% off ain't too bad, particularly on recent titles like Civ VI.

I'd get the valve complete pack just because the enjoyment you get from the counter strike, left 4 dead and Portal series' are worth more than the 17 dollars difference from the half life complete. Even if some of the games are oldies they are goodies.
