Got Win 7 and Kapersky from them. The Kapersky key got banned after a few months - they said they had no more in stock to replace it with.
Ended up asking for Dragon Age Origin as a replacement as it was cheaper than Kapersky. They agreed and provided me with a key which didn't work. Asking for another one they then said they couldn't give me Dragon Age as a replacement as my Kapersky was bundled with my Win 7… so they gave me 'loyalty points' instead. Those loyalty points are still sitting there and I imagine they'll stay there.by the way this took about 30 or so emails - their customer service response time was quick but everything else was poor
If it makes you feel any better, your experiences & comments did contribute to my decision not to use them! ;)

are you getting sad your hard submitted deal is getting negged? people that have purchased aion from this site ended up getitng their accounts banned, before appealing to ncsoft who unbanned on the leniency that it took them so long to ban these accounts
not to mention their dodgy policy of randomly asking you for personal details..

I've had mixed experiences as well which eventually turned sour. I bought a few cdkeys from them before years ago and they all worked fine. Back when bad company 2 was released as a preorder they had their whole contract stating that there is nothing to lose when you preorder since you can simply refund your money back in full. Knowing that I proceeded and the day after I decided to cancel it. They replied back stating that it'll be refunded in a months time. After a month I received a email hoping it was my requested refund which it turned out to be a notification of my successful purchase of bad company 2.
to sum it up 20 or so emails were sent back and forth and they refused to refund and threatened (no joke) to ban my account AND all my keys that were tied to my account if I had resorted to making a paypal dispute. Took their bluff, made a paypal dispute, immediately got refunded and my account and all my keys tied to that account were banned.
You be the judge. Just my personal experience with them.

Wow… I've never heard anything like that before. Did you do everything in your power to stop them? E.g. Open disputes for the other games too? Anyway you need to spread the word.
This exchange of communication took place the whole evening - following morning. When I woke up (the next afternoon) yes I did plan on venting out by spreading the word of their scandal over the internet on popular forums but I realised that my single voice wouldn't had made any impact on their deceptive, sly business tactics.
I'm not here today to persuade everyone that this business is scandalous since there are many that have had successful transactions (thus the statement that they are legit since they haven't had any problems), since I was in the same position as these buyers when I first purchased games from g2play.
And by the way OP don't take it personal if people neg you, they're not voting against you they're voting the site within and it isn't your fault that you're not aware of some of the bad experiences many people have had with g2play.

i've only used g2play once, for bad company 2 as well but haven't had any problems
got my bc2 key for 23$ from cjs cdkeys. This isnt really a bargain its around the going rate for russian/asian bc2 keys. Also g2play seem to have had more complaints than other sellers at this price.
I have bought a number of CD Keys through G2Play without any issues.
A lot of new customers are also thrown off by the having to send in ID to prove who they are. From what I can tell, G2Play got hit with a lot of Paypal/Credit Card Fraud and have now resorted to this method. All my Keys have worked fine without a hitch and i have referred a few people to them as well.
let me just add that as of today, the Windows 7 that I purchased from g2play is now giving me a message that is it not genuine.
I am rather pissed off to say the least.
Yeah a lot of people got stung buying Win 7 MSDN product keys online.
It wasn't just G2Play, a lot of OzCDkey buyers (and 1 other online store whose name I can't recall) got ripped as well.

TBH colblair I felt sorry for you but It was spur of the moment.
Bought BC2 and C&C4 through them and both have worked fine. Originally bought both through Amazon.uk - who would not send to me so I had it sent via a friend in the UK. End result….nothing arrived. Turned to G2Play and had no issues ….. other than BC2 is buggy but that is a developer issue. Didnt have to provide any ID etc.
