      I'm not sure who Cashrewards is. I think they are one of our affiliate publisher from one of our affiliate network. That should be automatically done by the system and affiliate site with Cashrewards. Please contact them for further details. We will follow up with them.

          sorry mate, If i am correct, the US price was $18.46 and now is $17.42 which is even lower than last promotion. But just because the exchange rate. You can try paypal's exchange rate see how does it go. Really can't make it lower.

      the order was shipped at 16/11/2016. It was delay but was shipped on that day. The order status hasn't been updated should be caused by our internal system syncing issue. I will ask them to update it manually and send you the tracking number within today. The tracking number should tell you what date we actually sent and the current status. Apologize for that mate.

        • @zapals: Hi, I have received an email saying that the package has been in the possession of DHL, whereas I payed for the FedEx Express, and it still says it is in HongKong. I received the email from DHL last Thursday. Why is it still in HongKong? It has already been 5-6 days, and 3 working day, and there is still no improvement.

          And another funny thing is that on the Zapals website it says that the order status is completed. I have not yet received the item! Why is it completed?

          Please update me on the status of my order and, tell me why it is with DHL, not FedEx?

  • I wanted to buy the DJI Phantom 3 Standard but because of your shipping price, I can actually get it cheaper on eBay with the 10% off code…

    • Before we use normal register post for this item which is $40 cheaper than FedEx. But after missing 2 parcels and have 1 parcel damage during transit, we changed it to FedEx/DHL as it offer faster and more reliable service until we find out a better way to handle it.

    • One is OEM version, there are a lot of different versions called QY7 in the market even some claiming they're from "QCY" factory. The original QCY we are selling is from QCY official source. Both versions look almost the same and with exactly the same function.

        Finally got a tracking number (DHL) from you guys this Monday 28.11.2016 - but the package has moved nowhere, so I contacted DHL yesterday and they said the package hasn't been handed to them. I've raised a ticket, please follow up as I expected my package to be here already….

        • it shouldn't be that slow, I will let them to contact the courier today. Another customer from here had same "tracking information" issue the day before yesterday, the courier information states that the "item is not with them", but he actually received the item yesterday afternoon. I will get back to you when i have their information.

    • All DJI orders purchased before 6AM ADST yeasterday have been processed (some of those were already picked up by FedEx/DHL, some of those will be picked by them today). Our system needs some time to sync the tracking number. Just checked, your order is included in the list. You should be able to get the tracking number tonight or tomorrow :)

        • no. your order was picked up by courier last Saturday morning as i can see in the stock control system. Our website will be synced and you will receive the tracking details.

        • @zapals: Even though paid for FedEx, it has been shipped via DHL and the tracking says its only just been picked up today?!? Whats with such delay?

      If I can remember, your order was stopped in the warehouse because of your request of changing to another model. And the new order was placed to the queue again on that date. The system shows that your order was dispatched on 26/11/2016. You should be able to get the tracking detailed information shortly. Our syncing between courier system has been delayed these days. If you can't get it by later today or tomorrow noon. I will call them and check it for you. But your order was picked up on 26/11/2016 for sure.

        Thank you yes I did change the order, but no response from customer service for over 24hours is not very good, your site still says processing, but you are very quick to demand payment when the order was adjusted.

  • Rep, can you please follow up order 100409423 - it's meant to be shipped with FedEx, but it's still saying processing. I'm worried that it won't get here in time because I'm leaving on holidays on 10/12 - based on the shipping estimate provided it was enough time, but if it doesn't ship quickly it won't get here in time!
