Noob here. These look cool. Just wondering what advantages (besides looking cool) these are over the stock ones we get from ISPs? Do we get better signal strength? Better supports more devices? Faster wi-fi?
Sorry for the noob questions.
Some of its strengths are:
"Performance-wise, the router excelled in my tests, delivering top Wi-Fi data rates, long range and a stable wireless signal."

This one looks better than the other two router that I am doing research at the moment~ Netgear R8000 and Asus RT-AC3200
Mine just arrived today. All setup and very happy with it. Easy set up, excellent user interface (live dashboard showing how many MBps up and down you are running), noticeably faster at loading web pages than my previous Billion 7800NXL and I no longer have lag playing BF1 on PS4.
Recommended.
@PSEACT:
Thank you for sharing your experience. I was thinking that the more antennas the router has the better range and speed you will get. But after some research, people are saying the rt-ac88u is better. So I probably will order one too~
Yeah if you can afford it, get the rt-ac88u. No doubting it will outperform the AC3200
I believe the cashback ended in June. http://www.asuspromotion.net/au/router-cashback/
