Same here. But gonna see if I can order same ones again and return the ones I just bought.

      • See the bright side! We got what we wanted with no hassle and issues. Who cares? lol
        I used the student discount.

Lesson #1 always look for promo codes before you buy anything online. That's the ozbargain way. :)

  • Noooooooo!! Bought something last night :(

  • any idea when the coupon expires?

    • "4am AEDT Wednesday 16 November 2016" in the email I got

      • thanks!

  • thanks Op, grabbed some cheap gear

  • :/ …have to return the items bought last week and re purchase again… a saving of $40.

  • Op. The usual reminder "Don't forget cashrewards.". ;)

    • Code isn't on there, so unlikely to pay.

      • Never hurts to try :)

        • Definitely, just don't rely on it.

    • 8.8% cashback sitewide, listed on cashrewards :)

Was annoyed when I saw this as I bought something late last week… checked the site, the price has gone up. The 30% discount takes it down to exactly what I paid, to the cent. Poor form.

    • Probably try to logon using another device…it's the cookies thing.
I re ordered my items again this morning and the price are the same as I purchased 2 weeks ago but using a different computer.

      • +3

the price are the same as I purchased 2 weeks ago but using a different computer.

So it's not the cookies thing?

      • Thanks - I've checked that and it's still the same. Maybe I got a 30% discount last week via some other offer and hadn't realised. I'm almost certain it wasn't discounted though.

  • Guess i m returning everything from last sale . ;] will i lost the currency exchange fees ? paid via paypal ..

  • +3

    Sigh, Logs into paypal

  • I've just tried to make a purchase, and right after submitting the order I received an error message that they couldn't process my order. I had to choose another payment method, or try again. I've checked my PayPal account and the money has gone through. I've even received an email from PayPal that I'd submitted a sum to ASOS. Damn it! I hate when shit like this happens, and you have to go back and forth with an online seller. The worst case scenario is, when I am waiting for their reply (have just sent them a message) what I was trying to buy will probably be out of stock.

PS: Do I have to put a second order instead of risking missing out on the items, and ask them to refund me if the two payments go through? Or I probably should wait for their email response? Anyone has ever been in similar situation with ASOS?

    • They have a live chat on their site that has very helpful employees. Try that

      • +1

        Did that. Ta

        • Same happened to me, they told me to wait 10 days for the money to return. What did they say to you?

        • @Condog: Well, I didn't wanna miss out on the items I had in the basket, so I made a second purchase and went on their chat line to tell them what's up. The person that I was talking to couldn't see the two PayPal payments from me when I gave them the two payment IDs, but could only see the second one. They told me to wait for a day and get back to them if I don't receive a confirmation email for the other purchase.

Anyway, I also contacted PayPal and told them about the two payments for the same purchase. I can see on my PayPal account, one payment has been processed and the other one is still pending. It will probably drop off in another day or two. If not, I have all the chat and email copies so I'll escalate it to a claim, but I don't think it will reach that level.

  • Thanks @JSQUARED

  • For some reason I can't add any item to my cart….

    • Have had this problem for the past day. Can anybody help?

    • Try different browsers.

  • Cheers OP :)

  • Perfect timing!

  • Been waiting for those CK undies!

  • First thought "Cool, I need new clothes!"

Then "Agh, too hard, I'll just go to K-Mart and get some trackies"…

  • Just FYI everyone, the code is on Cashrewards at 8.80%

  • +1

Please add maximum spend for this code:

Sorry! Your promo code is not valid because your order value is too high. Maximum spend: £461.02. See the Terms & Conditions for more information.

    • Thanks terms added to post.

  • Just had an interesting situation, i was buying a pair of huaraches for my nephew. price before discount 182AUD ($127AUD) was messing with the location and currency and paid 70 pound (115AUD).

I then hit refresh on the page to see what else was around and the exact same shoes had gone down to 65pound (discounted)… hit up live chat they couldnt explain it just said cancel order and rebuy which is what i did so ended up getting for $107AUD.

Are we getting rorted paying in AUD or will exchange rates cancel out the discount? Anyone notice this on Asos when swapping between currencies/countries that prices can vary?

    • +1

Australia ASOS (GBP ) site is cheaper than UK ASOS site . might be that :)

      • Oh great thanks for that i could quite figure out the magic combination so use Oz site but pay in pounds. Good to know for next time

        • this happened to me before too and i used GBP as suggested but dont know why it was 5 pound cheaper when you refreshed.

        • @hpkv:
Seem i had 2 tabs open one on UK site one on Au site so when i refreshed the UK site it went to the Au site showing a different price. its weird because they list the sizes differently too. On the Au site only lists Euro shoe size on the UK site lists UK/EU/US sizing. Interesting to note for next time.

        • @hpkv:

Actually its probably because removal of the VAT that brings it down by that amount.

  • Just be careful guys, I bought a bag a couple days ago which was 31 at the time, upon checking it again to see if I should return and rebuy it has gone up to $41.

I thought this deal was unpublished yesterday, due to a "request" from ASOS.

    • +1

Yes it was, it was republished at midnight.

  • Today I had an extremely negative experience with ASOS.

    Absolutely terrible customer service.

It appeared to be bots responding to my facebook chat discussion regarding the fact that I never receive an email confirmation or receipt of my order. Now they cant find my account and I cannot log in. They ended up just not responding to any of my followup messages at all.

    You cannot call ASOS direct.

Review the comments on their facebook page to see the abysmal customer service experienced when something goes wrong before ordering.

    https://www.facebook.com/ASOS.Aus/?q=ASOS&brand_redir=109365…

I guess its a wait an see now if a delivery comes before I process a refund through mastercard.

  • Hey guys wouldn't the amex spent over $60 get $30 back stack as well? The frenzy website would redirect it to asos website although would require to apply the code - not sure if thiis would affect the $30cash back.

  • So added to my cart in GBP.

Entered the 30% off code and it reverted to AUD at the absurd exchange. Couldnt change it back.

    Doing something wrong?

  • Some of the shoes I was looking at have been marked up for this sale..

  • +1

Forgot to do the Cashrewards on my last order, so had to redo the order…Worth it though!

  • Happy socks $14 for pack of 3 after 30% discount. And 8.80% cashrewards too..

  • It says on the website extended to 17/11/2016 but when I apply the code it doesn't work? :(

    • Expired 4am this morning.
