I am with you mate, it is waste of time.
Are they ever? Half the 'bargains' these guys have posted have attracted neg votes.
Sometimes there deals are good. I remember purchasing a Nokia 2600 Classic phone from them back in April 2009 Unlocked version for $63.50 at the time they were selling retail for around $89 locked to telstra. or more ulocked.
I was looking for a cheap mobile to replace my old battered phone, got excited when I saw the title then was sent into a disappointing spiral.
Unique Mobiles usually deserves a neg
Nice to see you feel that way!!
Guys, Come on cut us some slack, We are doing our best to compete in the most competitive market that exists! Remember our every day online prices are quite a lot cheaper then retail prices and even our online Competitors so with the skinny margins we work with we do our best to value add on offers like this, I think there is some genuine good value on these deals!
I actually bought my last mobile off you guys, it was the best price i could find at the time. In saying that i didnt find the prices in your specials above appealing, its not about giving you a go etc its about real bargains to bargain hunters, cut throat i know :)
The problem is, UniqueMobiles is limiting their potential traffic (and customers), as the small selection of products (5) have no appeal to every person who views this on OzBargain.
Whereas if you were to offer a % or $ off all phones (or price ranges), then everyone would have a look at the products Unique Mobiles have to offer.
I, personally, am in the market for a "low-end to midrange" smart phone, I have a an (extended) shortlist containing 40 possible phones, UniqueMobiles stocks 1 (to be fair, UniqueMobiles is currently the lowest price on this phone), but this particular phone is not in my finalised shortlist.
Picking a product I recognise, "Samsung J800 Silver (Australian Stock)" is $87 from UniqueMobiles or I can walk into any OfficeWorks or Virgin outlet/online and purchase this phone for $75-79. In favour of UniqueMobiles, I'd assume it's sold unlocked. (Virgin Mobile unlock conditions are quite easy to meet however).
Appreciate the feedback and will keep in mind for future offers, Yes our stock is generally sold unlocked I believe Service providers charge between $45-$85 to provide unlocking codes on handsets purchased as prepaid!
Once you decide on the Mobile if we have it in stock let me know and I will see what we can do for you

http://www.shopbot.com.au/pp-nokia-e72-price-186410.html$80 less for a E72 from blueflymobile, roughly 50 cheaper everywhere on shopbot. A cut on your price maybe for some slack?
Are you comparing to sellers selling Official Atick stock? Not quite sure where it confirms Bluefly are selling Official AU stock?
Note: I notice all E72 results above Unique Mobiles priced under $449 DO NOT mention Australian Stock, If you look at prices $449 and above you will note most listings mention Australian Stock!
seems like a pretty sharp price for the Renoir to me…
Thanks Mate!! If you choose to buy let us know we may throw you something extra :) Thanks for the support
I guess LG Renoir is a great deal, not sure about others…
Virgin mobile is selling LG renoir for same price (but locked to Virgin)Its a shame I missed the 30% off offer last month (was available instore in Chermside Shopping Centre 1 day only)
But grabbed LG KU990 for $89 :-) and unlocked it for $15
Could you please tell me which store you went for your LG KU990?
Yep definitely a great price for the Renoir, i'd be buying it right now if I had the money!
Don't see any bargains. Prices are similar to the other sellers. LG Renoir might be priced OK ($10 dearer than from bluefly mobile but with some extras), but it's a 2008 model.
thanks now i know bluefly is a cheap place to find mobile phones haha
Morning, Sure its always good to shop around but just note that Bluefly seem to sell all stock out of Hong Kong and drop ship direct to customer so stock is not kept in Australia.
Here is a link to a thread on Whirlpool
http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1410996Agree with that , thats what i found with a bit of research bluefly are importers, thats why i bought of you guys.
Do you have a cheap price on the Nokia AV cable CA-75
Hi mate
Sorry we dont sell too many accessories, This is one we dont stock.
My 2c on Unique Mobiles: I bought my previous phone from them, and had plenty of trouble with it (an LG KF510, stay away), but the guys at Unique Mobile did their level best to help me out. I would say that they went above and beyond, in fact. The prices aren't the lowest around, to be sure, but they do back it up with certified Australian stock (including full warranty) and excellent customer service.
I interested in LG KC910 Renoir, and clicked the link just now (after 4 pm), the site still showed 'This Item is Temporarily Out Of Stock'. I made an enquiry about the local pick up option. No people reply me at all.
Is it just me or are none of the deals any good ?
