port phillip council have put on a free hallowwen trick or treat night outside the stkilda town hall.
just walk around the trick or treat boothes and get free lollies.
enough to make an old man happy!
they even gove you a free goody bag.
might finish around 1am
you can pay $35 i think to visit the done up town hall but i woulnt bother.
lots of screaming kids of course - thats the scariest thing.
