Bulletproof cars can still be destroyed by explosives. I think you mean invincible cars.

They deal with the hackers in waves.. So you'll go through periods where it's rare to see one for a couple of months, and then they all start showing up again.
I mainly race in it these days, and the hackers don't really impact on my playing of the game.
Speaking of which apparently Rockstar has just got done booting a large number of people off and also removing a lot of money from certain other players.
250k isn't much at all. I haven't touched this game for a while and the extremely long load times is the thing that is keeping me away.
I hear running it off an SSD helps to a small degree (although a lot of loading is done by connecting to their server)
I know but that's not it unfortunately because I have it installed on an M2 SSD which has speeds up to 2.5GB/s and still encounter those issues.

Considering they are celebrating 3 years of GTA Online, and the only consoles it's been available on for that long are PS3 and 360, I think it's pretty reasonable to expect they would be included the offer.
I'm not sure what argument you have for Atari being included, but I'd love to hear it ;)

and that's only counting people who bought it on Steam. Everyone who bought retail or digital literally anywhere else outside of Steam does not count on those Steam stats since they get a rockstar social club key.

Because currency in online mode costs real money. So getting it for free = saving real life money.
If you're like me and love the game but haven't logged in since Forza 3 came out, it's very welcome! It saves either in-game time grinding, or purchasing shark cards.. So it's money / time saved.
Don't even play the online anymore with all the hackers… occasionally I'll play the story mode.

For the PC version which is what I have it on. I don't really know if I count the 360/PS3 releases as they play a lot differently to the XB1/PS4/PC release.

Lots of bitching in here about this game. For those who haven't played in some time, the experience has improved markedly over recent times. The loading between races is still more than most games, but if that's all you have against it than its your loss
