  • Hi Rep, what does the level represent?

    • They represent ticket categories - like Gold, Silver and Bronze. Premium is the top tier (not featured) then it goes Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. The Cirque du Soleil ticketing site shows nicely where each level's seats are located when you go to select tickets. Hope that helps. John

      • Thanks for that John. Question, do you know for this showing is the closer the better or watching from above is better??
Had a bad experience at one of a musical event, bought Premium but was right in front of the speakers ==

        • Whereever you sit is good as long as you face front on. I feel sorry for the guys at the front row watching an action through mesh and the rotating wheel is facing them so they see jack sh17!

The place is small enough for you to enjoy from the back seats

        • @cloud68:
Cheers, thanks for that. Might just get the level 3 seats then. Was considering Level 1 but from what you just said seems like the back is the way to go :)

        • @cloud68: Kooza was pretty disappointing though.

Ive been to pretty much all of them in Aus and its the first one which i saw where they used safety screens and nets.

The story was pretty flimsy and felt like a regular circus with act after act.

For me this one is lumped into the same group as Ovo where they did it in a big stadium for the monies.

Totem and Varekai was extremely good though.

If you are in Sydney i would recommend going to see Aladdin instead … much more entertaining.

        • @lplau: i agree last time i saw them (i forgot which one) was more entertaining for me but then they had a few fails i took the kids to see this one i kinda expect everything there but the spinning wheels. The kids were blown away thats more than enough for me :)

Worthed for this price i'd say.

  • Level 3 was $60 per person. Ordered for next Friday!! Thanks OP :)

  • Hi Rep,

is there a customer service number I can contact if I am getting an error message about payment details (I've tried a couple of credit cards)?

    • Check billing address or name that is what usually screws it up. Must match your cards

      • Checked everything - still no luck :(

        • Hey at128,

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues purchasing this offer. As this is a payment processing issue we are unable to rectify it from our end. However there are a few recommendations that I can provide you with, that will hopefully rectify this issue.

          1. Access the offer through this direct link: http://cirk.me/2ezJ5Wc. I would recommend opening the link in a new browser on your computer (e.g. Google Chrome instead of Safari) or on a different device (e.g. another computer, smart phone or tablet), as often any technical issue with the link or caching can be resolved this way.

          2. Please ensure that the address that you provide under the Billing & Shipping information matches that of the card that you are using to purchase the tickets.

If you have tried this and are still not having any luck, please let me know.
