Long time lurker (and beneficiary) and first time poster.

Many people have bought engagement rings and wedding rings online and James Allen is one of the more reputable brands. I have found I can get a better diamond and chatting to the helpful staff can be great (24/7!).

I have found a 25% off for the black friday sales for all James Allen Settings and wedding bands which can be quite a substantial saving as they can be high prices. Excludes designer rings.
Have found customer service to be great however still awaiting my ring!

In true Ozbargain fashion, I had already bought my engagement ring and brought this up to have the difference refunded which was a great saving.

  It's estimating a tax/duty to be paid on collection. Isn't this wrong? My purchase is under $1000 so it shouldn't be eligible for GST and there is no duty on jewellery under the US free trade agreement?
