Just received an email from Paypal $50 to spend on ebay, no minimum spend. Expires 31st October 2016.

  are there any bargains on ebay to spend my $10 vouchers on? i gather u need to use all the balance of the voucher in one transaction or your foreit it? the item i need is only 1 dollar i gues i can buy 10 cable stripers?
