    • thanks, that's all i needed to know :p

  • some of the deals are better than others. ebay looks interesting

  • Looks good.
Where is the TopBuy $10 voucher though? Can't see it.

  • +3

"dealextreme - FREE SHIPPING SITEWIDE ON COOL GADGETS AT THE RIGHT PRICE" all items have FREE SHIPPING normally included, so where's the savings here??

    • +1

What so special about this? Dealextreme always free shipping since day 1.

      • Yup lol/

        • +1

I think some of the larger items at dealextreme are not free shipping

  • treeet code doesn't seem to work as of yet. Weird that there's no minimum spend listed either.

  • Bandit Deal: 'Voucher Code is required', what voucher????

    • Could be 269-PayPal but whats "Best of both worlds" ?

      • One of their plan names.

        • Thanks, so from I can tell that means unlimited streaming for the month and a $20 download credit

  • curious to know if we can combine the $10 off for signing up with treeet.com.au & the $10 coupon code to be used with paypal! there's no mention of min. spend, which means $20 worth of free stuff? ;) anyone tried this?

    • you can only redeem one promo codes at one time. The welcome code i got was WELCOME$10. I just tried

  • JB cashback with Xbox 360 price drop. perfect timing.

  • Wow, just thought i'd have a look at the price to subscribe to Wired from isubscribe…

    WIRED (USA) Magazine Subscription
    $251.00 AUD (12 issues)

Normal wired subscription price: $70 USD (12 issues)

Even with the 10% off it still works out to double the price?

    • I checked the same with a business magazine. THrough iSubscribe it was $57 for 11 issues. On the magazines actual website…$22!

Can you order iPads through JB online?

  • has anyone managed to get the bandit fm one to work? It's telling me to follow the steps and buttons but once i add paypal there is no buttons or steps to follow…

edit that - four goes and it's finally working…

please note that you will be charged $1 for the bandit.fm deal - unless anyone knows a way around that?

  • For the Bandit.fm deal, from what I can tell the "normal" load-and-go signup requires signing up for a minimum of 3-months at a minimum cost of $47.97 (http://www.bandit.fm/signup).

Does anyone know if the $1 deal gets you one month or three months? do you need to commit to paying full price for additional months if it gets you one month?

    • I have signed this deal up to an existing account, have been immediately charged the $1 and received $20 credit, you are automatically subscribed for $15.99 a month, however you can cancel it immediately like I have and only be charged the $1.

    • -1

i got the $20 credit then deleted paypal as a payment option - no more obligation to pay ;-)

      • Did the same, also take note that not all downloads can use this credit… Includes Sony, EMI, Warner (excludes Universal & some Indies).

        • Yep. Plus it claimed all songs can be streamed, which is wrong. Bandit = Yet another fail.

          • @PainToad: I got my credit and had no problem streaming

            • @melmac77: Not all songs. Eg. Try to stream a Ministry of Sound album…

  • Good to see it includes Apple products too!
    iPod touch!

  • PayPal can get fcked. They've caused me so many problems over the years I try to avoid using them unless absolutely necessary. I'm currently traveling through Thailand and last night tried to book a hotel using PayPal - but failed because the bstards blocked access to my account. They require me to fax or mail a bank statement to verify the account is legitimate. This is rather difficult considering I'm in a different country now! I've been buying things from overseas using the same account for a few months so no idea why they chose last night to block the account.

    • Why did you suddenly start using italics than swap back?

      • +2

He used a * to replace the letter when swearing starting with f#cked and ending with b#stards. Because the * was next to a letter it started and ended the italics within those words.

  • BUGGER!! I went through the crazysales site and had my eyes on the LCD TV and, to my surprise, the 15% discount code worked (originally)! Came to something around $388, cheapest I've seen for a 32" LCD TV so far! (I belive it's an AKAI model, but without the branding).
I had the site open a bit before I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase. Well, shouldn't have waited so long: in the mean time they marked this article a "special" with free delivery - which voided the discount ("no further discount on specials"). Unfortunately i didn't realize until paypal's confirmation/receipt side, which confirmed that I just paid over $448 for it (don't understand why I didn't get a "confirm" site with paypal first as usual. I logged in and received the confirmation I had just paid.). Thanks god they were nice enough to promise me a direct refund (well, in a few days), after contacting them and explaining the situation via their live chat. Don't have the refund yet but I'll keep you updated. Would have hoped they still acknowledge my discount since I reached already the paypal site with the lower price but well… what to say. Would have been a real bargain.
