No SD slot of the Xiaomi and only 16Gb flash?

    Good luck with shit.

Thank you for wishing me luck. It's appreciated

      • I've never had a problem with 16Gb phones. I don't really take photos and the ones I do take get shipped of to Google Photos. Music only takes up maybe 2Gb tops. Regularly have 3-4Gb free at any one time.

Angels makes it even easier as most devices (that I use) can utilise OTG.

        Easy.

    • Someone will tell you 2 & 16gb is more than enough.

Apple? Courageous people all of them.

        • Well considering the Nexus 5x and next bit robin are selling for two to three times the price it's a steal. Microsd slot or not

  • I personally would want more storage/ram, but at this price you have to be realistic. You can always pay a bit more and get something like the Redmi note 3/4 if you need an sd card slot, more storage and ram.

    • The storage and ram is fine… in fact its more than fine, I dont expect a 2gb 16gb for only $150 but I expect an SD slot outside of models from google and apple.

I would be way too embarrassed to wear something called 'iWOWNFIT' in public.

You don't need to call it that
Just call it a FitBit.. I think the average person would still believe you :P

      • I think if you've been on this forum for any length of time you'd already have heaps of oddly named Chinese crap as it is… the name isnt even on the watch.

I have a Xiaomi Mi Band 2. Does it bother me?

        • You're assuming everyone here willingly buys "oddly named Chinese crap". You should read some of the comments that come up on the oddly named Chinese product deals. Not to mention, that's only for those that choose to comment about it (and then get negged).

And yet you're participating in a thread where the two products have odd Chinese names from an oddly named Chinese company.

Dost lady protest too much I think…

        • @tonyjzx: Uhh…
I have no problem with these products at all. I wasn't the one who said I'd be embarrassed with the name.
Like you, I also have a Xiaomi Mi Band 2. I also use Jiabosi branded earphones and a Xiaomi phone.

All I said was he didn't have to call it an iWOWNFIT in public.

          P.s. You've misquoted it

        • @illumination: can you confirm if the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 has continuous (reliable) HR monitoring? This one claims to but if someone can confirm something other than Fitbit Charge HR (&2) has this I would appreciate it :) My Gear 2 Neo'HR "if you promise not to move while exercising" is shite ; (

        • @Cheapkiwi: I honestly can't say because I have nothing to compare it to. If you ask me if it looks realistic though, I'd say it looks fairly realistic. It is certainly capable of continuous monitoring though.

Tbh if I didn't have my Xiaomi Mi Band 2, I'd be very tempted to try this one out. It looks pretty good (and I really bought it as a cheap play toy rather than anything particularly serious).

If you have a look at some of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 deals, you should see some people share their experiences with the heart rate monitor.

        • @illumination:
Thanks, I may need to re-traul, thanks for your feedback :)

Would you rather a Meizu Bong ;)

Any experiences with the wristband? Never had one and I don't feel like investing too much in one just to try it out to see whether it's my thing or not.
