Try this:

Couldn't find the equivalent for PENRITH oils
If Penrite 5-40 is ok then so will this.
Should be fine, maybe just use an oil flush additive when doing the change.
Don't do this unless you use oil flush additive regularly. It may dislodge particles resulting in oil leaks or blockages.
5-30 / 5-40 synthetic to same grade no need to flush.
lost track what's the cheapest for this oil now…they seem to be always on special
Guess I'll wait out then, got way too many engine oils bottle in my garage now haha..
After the Synpower deal, any oil seems expensive.
Only free will ever beat that deal!! I'm set for a few years of oil changes.
Yet it only got +42 votes.
Great price for 5w-30.. Grabbed one.. Plenty of stock..
Dont forget to buy the supercheapauto gift card from woolworths 15% bonus. So per bottle is less than 30 bucks
Holy shit this is cheap, but do they close at 5pm saturdays?
You can try click and collect
Yep! Definitely not missing this deal
Just as I was about to run out of 5w-30. Cheers, got 4.
No wonder I got $35 credit back in my account :)
I joined their club members for 5$ and they added 10$ credit to my account, so that should bring your next order 5$ down!
Is this oil too thin for an old engine, 222660 km?
I would probably go to min 10w-xx. 5w is a little thin. Check car owners manual for options.
You are right.

But i bought these oil when they were about $30 and thinking it would be an extra $5 each oil change compared with the Castrol Magnatec. And now i realize the engine is starting to consume oil.
I would try the following and see how you go -
Check driveway for any oil drip marks. Oil might be going past your piston rings, and getting burnt. You can take out the spark plugs to check colour to monitor thats happening in there. Spark plug colour guide, check oil fouled colour - http://www.motorcycleinfo.co.uk/resources/6795/assets/images…
Dont forgot the oil standards. Your car manual states API SG required, which is obsolete so you can pick anything above the SG standard - http://www.api.org/products-and-services/engine-oil/eolcs-ca…
I would probably just stick with a good SL oil (A3/B3 Euro standard), since from SM upwards I think they reduced zinc levels in there.
I wouldn't use Fully Synth, just stick with Semi Synth or regular with more frequent oil changes.
i actually have a 20L drum of SL oil that I wont be using anytime soon.
FYI - this is a good forum for oil - https://bobistheoilguy.com/
Thank you so much for the info! I will save the photo for future reference.
Thanks for the heads up OP,almost missed it. Ordering using mobile is crap, I'm sure I changed the pick up location to Dandenong which is near my work but it reset to Yarraville which is my closest one to home (which isn't that close). 😤
Same. Store was about to close and had to do it through the website. So freaking slow and clunky.
IMHO These shouldn't be advertised as fully synthetic, but semi synthetic. Having said that it's very good value for the money. I think the lowest was $29 from Repco and priced matched by SCA about a year ago. Mobil 1 or Motul is way better in terms of smoothness but for a car like mine (Toyota Camry 2011), it makes no difference.
ITS BACK ON till the 16th
Good timing as I was just thinking of buying some oil for my 2012 Calais VE II … reckon this will do quite nicely :)
