There is an IKEA food truck down at Circular Quay in First Fleet Park next to the Museum of Contemporary Art. They are handing out servings of IKEA swedish meatballs (about 9 in mine) for free. No queue and no problems getting an extra serve if you want one. Not sure what time they finish, but they are only there today.
Bar Luca does good burgers. Go there if you can't get free meatballs. :D
What's the catch? Oh, they just give you meat, eggs, oil etc. and you have to put it all together yourself…
