The Xiaomi MiKey is an intelligent shortcut key for Android devices. It's a small button mounted on a 3.5mm headphone jack, which you plug into your smartphone. It will have 10 different, programmable functions, including being used to turn on the phone's flashlight, or-slightly dubiously-record phone calls. All this will be controlled through a dedicated app, and each feature is activated using a certain number of button presses. Slim and smart, providing fast and free interactive experience.

Buy a IR blaster… works great in my iPad. :)
EDIT: just realised what the joke was :VI tried ir blaster but it didn't work. Which ir blaster are you using mate??
I bought this for my iPad, and it works great in that with the app ZazaRemote. It works 'ok' in my Z3C at max volume, but when I say ok, I mean if I have my phone a foot away from the device. :(
@kwchaz: I bought similar one it worked for once but afterwards never. Hopefully my bootlooped lgg4 will be delivered tomorrow
This 3.5mm drill bit would be compatible though. https://www.bunnings.com.au/irwin-3-5mm-bright-drill-bit_p63…
Just put your iPhone in a vice and drill yourself a headphone jack.Yeah I saw a tutorial last night about it, was just waiting on a good deal on a drill bit. Thanks Fincky!
I see it doesn't mention taking photos, in case it infringes some patents:
http://get.pressybutton.com/Sadly pressy made lots of people sad.
I had an early clone and it worked, for a bit. One issue is the quality of the button, sometimes it just failed, as you might expect from something costing $1.
Also, it relies on software running in the background to monitor clicks. This is also prone to fail, needing reboots etc. It also needs frequent updates.
For a $1.50 it might be worth it. Don't expect much, and good luck with the app. I wonder what permissions it needs?
slightly dubiously-record phone calls
I record every phone call without telling the other party.
Also this device sounds more annoying than useful.
It said $0.00 for me and $1 delivery.
Almost as good as having an iPhone 7, but not quite the same. This plug has too much functionality (i.e. it does something) and it's removable because it's not flush.
Perfect christmas present for those who have a new iphone
Or you can just cut off your 3.5mm plug from your 'old' iPhone 6 headphones
When I used my email link the postage was only $US0.75 which was just over a dollar AU
