The Coffee Club 'VIP Club' Annual Membership $12.50 (50% off)

1610
R3ACT1V8TCC-EXPIRED-020V

Recently received a reminder email from TCC stating that my membership was expiring soon, tried the coupon code from the last deal and it's still valid.

Codes work on new memberships and renewals, active memberships can be renewed and it stacks, so since my membership was expiring in November this year, it's now valid until November 2017 instead.

Some perks are:

  • Buy one, get one free (hot drinks only)
  • 10% off the price of all food and drinks (Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only)

More details here.

Enjoy.

  • Half price.

I can confirm this works for new memberships too. Just signed up.

    • It shows as $25 on my screen when I complete the application form. Does it reduce to $12.50 after submitting credit card info?

  • +2

R3ACT1V8 was also still working four days ago for half price
    - see noz888 on 27/09/2016 - 10:09

    • Thanks, I've added that code to the deal.

  • +1

Mine ran out last week! Good timing. Thanks =)

    • +1

Was about to tell you about this deal!

  • Anyone know how often do they have this half-priced membership deal?

    • This particular coupon code has been valid for over a year now, so indefinitely until otherwise known?

      • Oh OK, cheers.

  • Thanks dude mine expired last month.

  • Can you stack orders with this? If I'm with 3 friends can I BOGOF twice in one order (buy 4 for the price of 2)? Or if I'm buying the office coffees can I get e.g. 8 for price of 4? Or is it just 2 for 1.

    • +1

As far as I know it's just two for the price of one, but I will definitely ask tomorrow.

    • +4

2 free drinks max per transaction, so buy 2, pay for 1, buy 4, pay for 2. Buy 6, pay for 4 etc.

      • Thanks for that

      • Just pass the card to a friend

        • +1

Yep as I said, per transaction. So do another transaction :)

      • Thats pretty generous whats the catch?

        • It costs you yearly to have the membership and you can't use it on public holidays.

    • +1

We were a party of 4 and we received 2 drinks free in one transaction.

    • For those wanting the terms, See point 8 here

      http://www.coffeeclub.com.au/terms-and-conditions-for-the-vi…

What is interesting, is the CCC can no longer be used on public holidays!? This is new I'm pretty sure. Also last time I was in NZ which was a few years back, the CC over there took the card and gave 2for1 coffees :)

Also there is always a HALF PRICE renewal deal for the CCC. So never pay full price!

      • +1

I believe it's excluded holidays for at least the past few years. Hasn't included them while I've been a member.

      • I can confirm I used my AU CCC card at Auckland and Taupo CC franchises with no issues.

      • +1

Speaking of overseas use, the card also works at the Coffee Club cafes in Patong Beach, Thailand, although the deal is different there (I think you get 10% off your bill, but not 2-for-1 drinks).

        • Oh very nice… Handy to know!

    • +4

I might start doing the coffee runs at work :)

  • +2

My local CC usually has flies buzzing around in the food display

    • Just get one to land on a drink and you can BOGOF.

  • Thanks OP. I got the half price deal last November and have used it lots so nice to go again ..

    • That post is marked as expired, so this is a duplicate but it can be posted again.

      • Right!

Also there's an extra code here

  • I just signed up.. thanks

  • +2

hanging out for a repeat of the roar deal

  • reactivation deal worked as a new member

  • +2

Pity it's crap coffee. The $1 7-11 ones taste better.

    • +1

Cool, although there aren't any 7/11's in shopping centres.

  • Worked a treat thanks! Renewed until the end of Nov 2017.

  • Now if DOME could do the same that would be amazing!

  • +2

Shame it doesn't apply to their cold drinks (Frappes).

  • Just tested this, and it also applies to the NZ coffee club site.

I guess someone can post that on choice cheapies if they like too.

  • Do you get a stamp for loyalty card if buy 2 pay 1

    • Yes but I'd say you would only get one stamp.

  • +3

Will they upgrade a small to a large instead of 2 x smalls for those that have no mates?

    • No.

    • +1

Just give the 2nd one to your pretend friend.

    • nothing for Scotty…hhaha

    • +1

I take 2 1 to drink there and one to go made just before I leave. Works for me.

  • +2

Worst coffe I've ever bought. Tried 3 times at 3 different locations in WA, each time coffee was way too hot and burnt.

    Maybe their food is good?

    • see my comment further up

    • same, tried twice in different locations in Brisbane…terrible coffee, had breakfast there too. food was average…

  • How would the card work when your purchase a combo 'coffee and croissant' for $7.95? What would you get?

    • You would get 10℅ off on the specified discounted days.

      • +1

The old card that I just renewed on the back says blah blah
…not valid with any other coupons, vouchers, or in store offers.

I suppose it depends how you get on with the C.C. Team. Smooching often gives good results or not

        • +1

That's definitely the case. If the manager rings up my sale, no discount off specials, because that discount comes straight off his bottom line. If one of the staff rings up my sale, they tend to give me 10% off specials because they know I'm a longtime customer.

  • awesome!

  • where can I find the price list? any help..!!

    • +1

Prices are store-specific as TCC is franchised, therefore you'll have to check prices at your local store.

  • Are their chai lattes and coffee anygood?

    • The caramel and chai lattes are all I ever order from the Coffee Club. The additional flavouring masks the awful taste of the coffee, making it barely drinkable.

    • I find the coffee excellent at the only one I've been to. I wonder if it's store specific / barista dependent?

  • whats the promotional code I need to enter into the form for 50% off the sub price ?

    TCC-EXPIRED-019VR3ACT1V8 ?

    • +1

      Either:

      TCC-EXPIRED-019V

      or

      R3ACT1V8

There's a faint separation line between the two codes. It may be hard to see on some monitors.

  • They should do cold drinks too

  • Buy one, get one free (hot drinks only)

this doesn't actually cover ALL hot drinks either,
there are several hot drinks right now which are excluded from the 2for1 deal.

while still great value for now , this card is slowly getting worse each year….

    • Sadly, this is usually what happens with membership stuff..Starts great and then over next few years turns to crud…Such a common pattern.

    • +1

Which hot drinks does it exclude?

      • The latest bunch of special drinks, hot floats are excluded

Actually looking now, those might be finished now…

  • Thanks op. Code R3ACT1V8 just worked for me.
As a side the C.C. Lets you know how much you " save" on renewal request.

The best personal save I have been exposed to was over $4000 as told to me, when I must have been having a bad day swimming at Caloundra , when a older Cougar wanted to know why I had my T on, invited me for ,coffee¿ and told me of her annual saving. I never considered that I would have been a recipient of what Gary Cooper said in the pink submarine movies…

    • A little confused… Is it the pink submarine movie Operation Petticoat or a Gary Cooper submarine movie, either Devil and the Deep or You're in the Navy Now?

I'm thinking it's the Devil and the Deep where he has an affair with his boss' wife? But Cary Grant was in both Operation Petticoat and Devil in the Deep.

    • She saved $4000 at Coffee Club with this?! Does she live there? ;-)

  • Great! Just signed up!! R3ACT1V8 still works. You need to submit application in order for the discount to go through.

  • Code R3ACT1V8 is still active :)

  • Codes have expired.

    • both code expired?

      • R3ACT1V8 still work

  • R3ACT1V8 still working on 17/01/17

    • Thanks, updated the deal post.

  • Thanks OP, just worked for my renewal today (the 2nd February 2017). Seems to be one of these each year I need a renewal :-)

  • The current link on this post still says $25 at the point of submitting my credit card so it got me a little scared.

I scouted around and found this link which gave visual assurance that it would charge me $12.50

    https://www.theclub.com.au/promo/R3ACT1V8

    • Thanks, I've updated the deal URL.

  • Thanks! It still works as of today!

  • Weird, tried renewing today and its $17.50 - not $12.50.

  • Hi I am trying to get a new membership but it's charging $17.50 instead of 12.50

  • +1

    Deal updated.
