The thing with sites like focalprice and dealextreme etc, is that they have so many different items they can't keep track of whats in stock. Sometimes what you want gets put on back order and takes forever to get sent out. I ordered a bunch of DSLR related stuff, and only one thing didn't get sent out with my order (it was a $2 lens pinch cap). Couldn't be bothered requesting a refund etc. A month and a half later it arrived in the mail ;)
If your order hasn't shipped within a week, just request a refund. They're usually quick to do so.
You can't expect super fast delivery AND super cheap prices ;) There's a compromise for cheap goods.
There's also SAVE5ONFP (Save $5 when you spend $50) I don't know if they'll last the whole time as there was 2OFF5 and 3OFF10 a little while ago, that were deactivated early. (Maybe because they were more generous than this)
