It spells "10% off YOUR CAP RECHARGE", so i guess the "long expiry" recharge isn't included.
Kmart pricematched a $50 Long-Expiry voucher at $45 for me.
So, they'll pricematch anything, it seems!

Nope, your wrong definitely is Virgin Mobile just checked a Starter Kit I have here manufactured early last year and it has on the back "if you buy your recharge vouchers from one of the retailers" Woolworth's, BigW, DSE, Tandy, Safeway we'll give you 10% OFF!"

That offer finished on 01/01/2010. Even though it didn't say "Offer finishes 01/01/2010" on the back of the SIM Starter pack (they forgot).
For instance, it didn't work for me in February when I tried to get 10% off a Recharge at Woolworths.
You have to look out for Special 10% Off offers, as above.
Does virgin have and ipad data plan?
No.
Wait.. maybe I should be going to OW for my voda recharges all this time…. Unless OW has 10% off Voda as well, and I wasn't aware.
