You can take the portable unit apart and with a bit of modding fit it into a PS4 (check YouTube for what you have to mod on the drive bay)
This 4TB HDD is 15mm thick. It won't fit 9.5mm PS4 drive bay.
Yeah like I said you have to mod the drive bay & to check youtube for the videos, it involves cutting away part of it so that the drive will fit. It's a tight fit but after cutting out the section shown in video you can fit it in :)

4tb is good. It was the 3tb that had high failure rates, and the 5tb uses SMR

i think i bought over 7 HDDs in my lifetime, half of them are missing, a few of them i lend to my friends for movies and stuff, and some of them are so (profanity) slow in transferring speed, it is unusable, I always find myself needing a new one
