  Yes, that is the correct price. If you sign out on the web store you can see the non-PS+ price, which is $47.95 (not $84.95).

Hopefully this will go on sale for a similar price on US PS+. The discounts on AU PS+ have been improving alot recently.

This game is so boring. I played about 8 hours and still didn't get it.

The combat system is even worse.

  Yeah I hear it's one of the worst ones although I am curious about it and might bite. Closest I've got to playing the series was Infinite Undiscovery.
