Timely! Brand new laws in WA means kids must use these until at least 4 years!
(ie seats with built-in harness.)
A lot of people have been graduating their tots to booster seats too early.
Or using nothing at all. Its a bit sad that you have to legislate basic safety.Very good price.
Are these any good? I've read people don't think they are as safe as the more expensive brands.
As long as it has Australian Certificates it is deemed safe. Its the imports and older/second hand seats that arent. Only benefit from more expensive is features and comfort.
I wouldn't buy any other brand than Safe n Sound, also known as Britax in the UK.

This brochure outlines the baby/child seats they have tested. Anything less than 4 stars is not good enough in my opinion.
