There's no such thing as fanless rack-mount switches, with enough processing power to switch 10Gb connections.
HP's site says "Low-speed fan: 42.6 dB, High-speed fan: 49.7 dB" - if you run it on a desk in front of you, it will be loud.

There is no chance of it being PoE at this price and the specifications linked to above say that it's not.
24 port POE switches are about $450.
Rep any deal on 10Gbs SFPs to go with this?
This isn't a 10Gb switch, unless you buy and install the optional 10Gb modules - which will probably cost more than the switch :)
The four SFP ports on the front, are SFP and not SFP+.
that is correct the four SFP ports that are on the switch are not 10Gbs ports, you will have to purchase a 10Gb module that plugs in to the interface slots at the rear of the switch.
After talking to HP, this switch even has LACP which is awesome.

Thanks for the info, but you just can not compare this HP switch to the officeworks switch, this is a Layer-3 Enterprise switch.
