      You don't need it. Just go to their website on the log in page and click on forgot password.
      You will get an email to enter a new one. Create a new password then log in.

          When I login in it just tells me my old card has expired and to put in my new gold card number… Which they have not sent yet still.

          The purchase is in my history and marked approved etc. just can't use it still :(
