I noticed this while browsing the app store. And I just gave it a go, it turns good. I usually use BetterSnapTool.
so if you need something to manage your workspace here is a good app for that.

Got mine some time back for $0.99
Then a big +ve from me.
Does anyone know if there is a similar app for Windows? Thanks
I believe they toke this idea from windows. don't have much knowledge in windows but I remember in uni when you drag the tap to one of the sides, it will makes it half of the screen.
Yeah, this is built into Windows since Windows 7 I believe. Just drag a window to the screen edge.
It used to just be left and right (and maximize), but in Windows 10 it's also corners.
Keyboard shortcuts are Windows key + direction.Hi, mind telling me how to do that with Windows 10? I am not very good at computers and been trying to do that for my non-profit organisation's computer. thanks heaps!
Select a window of a program eg Word, browser, email etc.
Press Windows key and then an arrow key. So if you want to send the window to the right press the right arrow key etc.
The windows key is on the left hand side of your keyboard between the CTRL and ALT keys.
In Windows 10 when you send a window to one side of the screen it'll give options of which other open program you want to send to the other side.
Hope this helps.
@sillywalks: thank you so much!
Happy to help.
There's also a free and open-source project called Spectacle that does the same thing, but I prefer Magnet as I'm more used to the keyboard shortcuts.
https://www.spectacleapp.comIs it only a matter of shortcuts? I use spectacle app, it's alright.
BTW, it's supereasy to redefine shortcuts in spectacle.
I use:
Cinch - Looks similar to Magnet, so Magnet looks like a great buy
Size Up - Due to keyboard shortcuts which I much prefer
Does Magnet support keyboard shortcuts?
