Nah, it means about $20 more than department stores, instead of the usual $40 more.
Could get The Witcher GOTY for $64. Probably the cheapest you'd be able to get it on launch. Not much value otherwise though as EB's a stickler for RRP on new games, and being a new store, probably not going to have any pre-owned.
It is not a new store. It has been in there years. They are only renovated to open up the new zing pop culture next door.

Will it apply to pre order? Looking to buy the Pokemon 20th anniversary elite box which comes out 14/9.
