Negging because Store Rep, having ignored for hours a courteous request for explanation, has posted an item with a regular price - instead of a bargain - from his eponymous website. Store Reps should take OzBargain seriously.
Perhaps the discount is free shipping? From the "information" tab on their website, "If postage cost is not stipulated in description, please call or email with your postcode and suburb". The item looks fairly large and heavy, I'm guessing shipping wouldn't normally be free.
Guessing should be unnecessary. This is the Store Rep's 5th "bargain".
