These do not specifically state the version on them but they do say they support 4K up to 2160p and all current 3D formats.
I am guessing it is at least HDMI ver 1.4a.

  Yeah the Comsol ones are always that price. It is a bargain, but it isn't a special deal.

  HDMI version is not relevant for HDMI cables, the only change to cables since HDMI v1.3 is the addition of Ethernet channel, which no devices use, a properly constructed High speed HDMI cable should support all current formats including 4k.
