To me the nexus 5x represents excellent value. If you are happy with a 16gb model, then this looks like a great buy. It's incredible how cheap these became compared to their launch price. Which I thought was surprisingly high at the time. Nice all round phone for under $300, Google finally manage to make an affordable phone with few compromises.

Wow, under $300 is a steal for this phone. Shame I can't talk my wife into one of these over a iPhone. I bought a 6P for $546 and thought that was good.
Not on a mission to make DWI look bad, but bare in mind they sell a lot of Chinese stock and you won't have much luck with their warranty service.
It's certainly a good deal but if this bothers you fork out a few extra bucks to buy it elsewhere.That's different to a lot of other people's experience.

Well the phone I got last night has already bricked itself this morning… Lasted a grand total of 6 hours before it froze, hard reboot before black screen with no combination of buttons getting a reaction
Was a good phone up until that point…
