MyCall is a new Australian owned and operated service that allows you to host your own professional telephone conference. Unlike other providers we charge a flat fee per conference - no sneaky per-minute charges! We provide indials across Australia for local call access.

The MyCall service includes lots of extras like online scheduling (with ical invites), conference recording, a Virtual Boardroom to see who's in the conference and a real-time collaborative Whiteboard.

The first 200 users to sign up with the promotion code "freecall" will receive 5 credits, which can be used to schedule a 1hr tele-conference with up to 4 participants. No credit card or payment required!

MyCall is perfect for businesses looking to reduce phone conferencing costs, or even to get friends and family together for special occasions.

  • The MyCall application is in BETA TEST mode.

So you will get lots of bugs.

Like this one, when entering the conference:

    "Oops, Unexpected Error".

and the phone teleconference system said "No such Conference Number", even though I typed a valid one in.

    • Hi Alex,

Thanks for taking the time to try MyCall and provide some feedback.

If anyone does find any bugs, we'd certainly love to hear about them so we can get it fixed right away.

We're unsure why you might have seen the “Oops, Unexpected Error” message, but our techs will investigate the issue. We do know that your conference didn't work as you tried to dial in too early.

When you schedule a conference on the website you must set a start and end time. You heard the 'no such conference number' as you tried to dial about 20m before your conference was do to start.

If you send an email to [email protected] we can arrange some more credit for another free conference.

      • Ok, no problem - the "oops" bug happened whilst I clicked "Back" to get back to your main menu.

For a paid service, it should be completely free of bugs, and should have business rules programmed in preventing you from getting a "conference number" (as I recieved) before you actually select an end time/end date.

Why don't you just offer everyone totally UNLIMITED free service for the next month or so?

Until you iron out all the bugs?

        Your system looks promising….
