the shower arm alone is worth getting this.

This is supposed to be good; I haven't tried it. I got put off by the expense. Dislike the design. Dislike the cheesy testimonials at the end. But supposed to be good, they say.
but I think you need to use more hot water as the air will cool down the water much faster.
They claim it will pay for itself in a few months based on water savings.
The thing costs 160 bucks I think you would need to shower 24/7 for this to pay for itself in a few months.
Take the flow controller out as that's what slows the water pressure.

After having the hand shower heads on the rail and then moving to a place with this style, I have to say the rail style is an overall better option if not just for the ability to spray down the shower when cleaning.
Yep currently in a place with the Rail setup. (SOOOO much better)
I got a 3 meter hose from Amazon so I can do a bit more with the hand shower.

I think i have the same one which i got for free from my water company. Just gave them a call (like 5 years back) and asked if they have any schemes to save water, and they were giving these away for free. might be worth ringing your water company(provider) first to see what they can do for you.
