  I prefer 400ml homebrand coconut milk or cream for 89-99cents. ]
  Blend it with banana, yoghourt, protein powder and whatever else.

  And FWIW, Zico has preservatives. The other brand sold side by side with Zico at Woolies is preservative free (forgot the brand)

  Zico, H2Coco, Cocobella, they all tasted watered down IMO, not "pure" coconut fluid.
  Cut open one coconut, drink it and you'll taste the difference.

  The stuff from Asian markets are way closer to the real thing.
